(DG) is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain strategy across procurement, production control, inventory, and planning. This is a high-impact leadership role at a vertically integrated aerospace manufacturer supporting both long-standing and rapidly growing programs in commercial, general aviation, and military markets. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to optimize systems, develop high-performing teams, and implement data-driven, scalable solutions that directly affect on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is more than a tactical role — it's a strategic seat at the table. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to streamline planning, improve supplier performance, and strengthen our ERP-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the Purchasing, Production Control, Stockroom, and Shipping & Receiving teams, ensuring alignment with operational and company goals + Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies to support efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery + Oversee the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels + Implement and track KPIs for delivery performance, inventory accuracy, cost control, and supplier reliability + Drive process improvements across inventory planning, material flow, and replenishment systems + Ensure ERP system accuracy across all supply chain functions, lead investigations into variances and root cause analysis + Strengthen supplier relationships while sourcing and qualifying new vendors for improved performance and risk mitigation + Use data and analytics to improve forecasting, decision-making, and supply chain visibility + Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align on project and production goals + Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across all supply chain processes + Perform additional tasks assigned by management + Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field + 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or materials management in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership role + Experience directly managing planners, buyers, or materials teams (minimum 3–5 reports) + Proven ability to oversee infinite and finite/constraint-based production planning, including labor and capacity scheduling + Strong working knowledge of ERP/APS systems (Infor, Oracle, SAP, etc.) + Demonstrated success improving planning workflows, vendor performance, and material flow across departments + Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — especially with Engineering, Quality, and Production + Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools Preferred Qualifications + Experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing + APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Six Sigma, or Lean certification + Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field + Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality/regulatory standards + Experience building or transforming planning functions, including MPS ownership and KPI development Why You'll Love Working Here: We are a multi-generational team with members representing a diversity of cultures, educational backgrounds, experience levels and ideas all 'making it happen' from one location in beautiful, coastal South Florida.
