**POSITION SNAPSHOT** **Title:** Manager, Contract Manufacturing **Location:** Cairo, Egypt **Overall responsibility of the role:** Oversee planning and procurement related matters with CoMans to meet Nestlé’s requirements for production volumes, R/P sourcing and availability, capacity planning, transportation, service level agreements, and TDC initiatives, in line with Nestlé Co-manufacturing standards and policies **CoMan Supply Chain Operations:** + Identify volume variance against AVC that could impact costs, inform the Supply Network Planner, and create action plans to mitigate risks. + Coordinate feasible capacity and strategic volume planning for all SKUs with Coman Ops Lead (e.g., Capex Planning). + Synchronize production planning with proposals for CoMan plant shutdowns, investments, holidays, R/P availability, etc. with the Category DSP. + Work with Coman Ops leads to optimize lot sizes, production cycles, lead times, and R&P inventory for better FG inventory and flexibility. + Establish SLAs with Comans during contracting, set relevant KPIs with DSP e.g. Actual vs PO. Track and monitor Coman Service Level KPIs cross-category KPIs e.g., Volume, COF/OTIF, etc. + Coordinate triangular invoicing setup between CoMan, principal entity, and OPCs, and align HS codes between Nestlé trade compliance and Comans. + Guardian of the consolidated CoMan volumes for the annual budgeting (ACE) exercise for co-manufactured SKU’s. **Physical Logistics:** + Optimize Vehicle Utilization and route Optimization for dispatching Finished Goods to nominated DCs across all CoMans. + Establish Logistics Dossier with Comans and Nestle stakeholders considering local and export requirements and establish wow between Nestle SP and Comans. **Materials Management:** + Support R/P sourcing for hybrid and turnkey models (e.g., supplier identification, MOQ, price benchmarking) and manage exceptions (e.g., airfreight, RM purchases). Lead escalations with suppliers and Nestlé Global buyers. + Coordinate inventory management and stock cover at CoMans to balance product availability with minimizing inventory costs at Nestlé DC. + Establish key material BCPs for the CoMan to mitigate risks from any Supply disruptions. **Sustainability:** + Track raw materials for Sustainable Sourcing and Compliance as per Nestlé guidelines across all CoMan sites producing Nestlé SKUs. + Track and measure all D4R and VPR initiatives for CoMan in close coordination with the MENA packaging team. + Work closely with the CoMan and respective Ops manager to determine and measure GHG emissions for all Nestlé SKUs produced at CoMan sites. + Track and measure Zero Waste to Landfill for all CoMan sites in coordination with the respective Ops manager. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Over 4 years of experience in supply chain management + Proven experience in Co-Manufacturing is essential + Strong leadership skills and experience
