Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Taking into account optimum use of the resources. Performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, taking account of the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations and personnel resources, in order to create the conditions for an optimum production sequence. ▪develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date ▪ Detailed control of the production sequence, in order to reach an optimum use of the resources ▪ Work on coordinating material movements between production units, in order to ensure an optimum production run. ▪ Actively contributing to cooperation with all sides involved and forwarding all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create optimum logistics chain. ▪ Setup (for finished and semifinished goods) and monitoring of KANBAN control cycles.
