As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager here at\nHoneywell, you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of\nour SAP planning systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal\nperformance. You will play a critical role in assisting our planning operations\nand driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. You will\nreport directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains location\non a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make\na significant impact by:
- Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and performance\noptimization of planning systems such as SAP APO, DP, SNP and Kinaxis
- Monitoring the performance of our systems, identifying and\nresolving technical issues
- Product allocation technical objects(APO BW PSA, DSO, Info\nCube, Planning Area, Planning Book), product allocation CVC and allocation\nassignment realignment, order scheduling and relevant condition records,\nbackorder processing, process chain scheduling, APO security roles, temporary\nquantity assignment
- Collaborating with\ncross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensuring robust system security and compliance with\nestablished protocols
- Documenting system configurations, processes, and\nprocedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM applications includes\nAPO, DP, SNP, Kinaxis
• Proficiency in SCM applications, with a proven track\nrecord of accomplishments
• S/4 is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information\nTechnology, or a related field
• Industry-recognized certifications in systems\nadministration or network management
• Previous experience\nin cloud-based systems administration
• A strong insight\ninto cybersecurity ethics and best practices
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to\nguide system upgrade initiatives
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
