The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage projects, validate data, and optimize our supplier network to ensure supply chain efficiency and success. **Role Responsibilities:** + Data analytics + Supplier engagement- support RFP process, drive supplier action items to closure, site support when needed + Productivity & VA/VE progress tracking + Support category mangers on projects, reports, data validation + Coordinate resources, such as engineering and quality, in supporting supplier optimization and cost takeouts + Assist in identifying suppliers for dual sourcing + Assist in on-boarding new suppliers (schedule B) + Coordinate and support QBRs Learnings + Exposure to supplier negotiations + Exposure to supplier selection (RFP) + Process to on-board a new supplier + COE engagement **Required Requirements:** + Pursuing a degree in supply chain, operations, or business administration + Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills + Self-driven and proactive + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities + Ability to communicate effectively at all levels + Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects. \#EarlyCareers RSRCAR **_Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
