YOUR ROLE

As a Supply Chain Management Intern in our Advance Purchasing Team you’ll gain practical experience in communication with suppliers, business-related tasks, data collection, analysis and reporting, providing valuable experience the automotive industry's supply chain. We expect candidate who support or activity with trust and transparency and based on good relationships. Your job will be interesting as we work in multicultural environment and focus on continuous development in quality area.

In your daily job you will:

Support SCM Team with sending RFQs and analysis of benchmarksSupport SCM team ensuring capacity confirmation across suppliers baseCooperation with plants across EMEACreate, issue and maintain frame contracts with the supplier base according to SCM policies and proceduresclosing Suppliers Change Requests in SAP Ariba portalcoordinating documentation database (GSD)Create, issue and maintain activities according to SCM policies and procedures

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Independence and communication skills are requiredAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS WordBasic knowledge of Power BIStudent statusAvailability - minimum 20 h per weekEnglish skills (preferably B2 or higher)
