PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to support operations within the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of mission-critical materials, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational continuity from receiving to delivery.

Your work will directly contribute to projects that shape national security, space exploration, and advanced aerospace technology—impacting the world today and for generations to come.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Receive, inspect, and track incoming materials and supplies

Maintain accurate records of physical inventory and documentation for audits

Support warehousing, packaging, container design, and shipping operations

Ensure compliance with public law, export/import regulations, and company policies

Coordinate delivery and movement of materials across internal departments

Monitor finished goods inventories and government property in collaboration with program teams

Provide transportation support and logistical services in a fast-paced aerospace environment

Maintain and manage logistics records to support internal and external audits

What You Need to Succeed:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

5–8 years of experience in supply chain logistics, preferably within aerospace or defense

Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Certification in APICS CSCP or CSCA preferred

Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and logistics principles

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with government property handling and documentation

Experience working in a highly regulated industry

Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts

Strategic thinker with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently

Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team setting

Pay Details: $38.82 per hour
