Supply Chain & Logistics Data One Senior Associate 

 

The Senior Associate in the SC&L Data One team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data delivery and reporting support for the global Supply Chain & Logistics (SC&L) community. This role enables operational teams to focus on their core responsibilities by managing reporting processes, resolving data discrepancies, supporting access authorization process and maintaining high standards of data quality and service excellence in alignment with the DSO mindset of agility, collaboration, and outcome orientation. This role operates within a global support framework, providing assistance to SC&L users. The Senior Associate is responsible for first-level support, data quality assurance, and process alignment across multiple reporting tools and platforms. The position contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, supports digital transformation, and ensures compliance with internal standards and best practices.

 

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide first-level support for SC&L reporting tools, ensuring correct usage and adherence to best practices.
- Identify, explain, and correct data discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage complaint resolution processes and align with second-level support teams.
- Maintain and update the SC&L Solutions Catalogue and ensure accessibility of learning materials.
- Support authorization processes, including role validation.
- Coordinate global communications, including newsletters and updates to the SC&L community.
- Participate in ad hoc activities and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery.

 

WHO YOU ARE

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, data management, or business support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with SAP, IBP, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of SC&L reporting processes and tools.
- Understanding of DSO principles and agile ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
