Site Name: Finance Center Building Posted Date: Aug 7 2025 The CS&L Lead takes lead the End to End Supply Chain for the market under responsibility, ensure the development of an efficient, cost effective and responsive supply chain with continuous improvement mindset to best serve our patients and act as key interface between the Demand / Supply, Warehouse / Distribution operational teams and Commercial functions to align strategies and delivery plans. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Risk management to ensure business continuity and supply chain integrity & compliance Management of external customer relationships with distributor, first trade customers Management of the supplier relationships with the local Customs Clearance LSP(s) and Repacker(s). Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the CS&L activities* for the responsible market. Lead and manage the CS&L team in the market by ensuring that they are delivering their objectives, managing their development, identifying talent for future progression. Form strong relationships and work collaboratively with the Market GMs and Leadership Teams (Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory etc) to align supply chain to the business needs and commercial ambitions. Represent the supply chain in Leadership forums providing senior stakeholders with clear guidance and challenge on current performance levels, identifying opportunities and risks. Main CS&L activities: In-market Supply Chain Accountability. Own KPIs and deliver optimized customer service (OTIF – On Time In Full) and stock availability. Actively support delivery of other End to End Supply Chain & Business KPIs, such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, SLOB/ write offs. Timely and clear communication with Key stakeholders in the market and regional teams in case of stock unavailability issues by stating root causing, mitigation plans, alternative scenarios & required actions / support / decision. Core Commercial Cycle (CCC). Active participation, providing inputs & constructive challenges to drive aligned actions in CCC cycle. Actively contributes into forecast discussion and supports Demand Manager to drive accurate forecasting for the market. Management of P&L and Savings. Own and manage budget within CS&L. Work collaboratively with Finance to ensure costs & accruals are managed properly and variances are appropriately explained in a timely manner. Identify & drive cost-to-serve improvement in alignment with Regional and Global Supply Chain strategies. Management of Inventory/ SLOB, write off and provisions. Work alongside and liaise with the Regional Demand & Supply Planning team and the LOC to consolidate and implement required actions on stock-at-risk, including implementation of write-off across required functions. Ensure physical destruction of products following write-off. Management of inbound shipment and importation process through Regional Import Control Tower. Ensure it is in a compliant manner into the market, considering strict Customs / MOH rules and regulations. Management of Customer Service, order processing, warehouse & distribution through distributor. Manage distribution network, transportation, storage and labelling/repacking activities for the market through distributor. Lead and oversight the team and distributor for effective management outbound Customer Service and order management to first trade customer including ‘order to cash’ and invoicing, customer complaints processes and issues resolution related to stock reconciliation and system interface issues. Management of new product launch, pack change, discontinuation and local repacking. Manage local processes and liaise with LSPs, LOC Regulatory and relevant cross functions to manage logistics activities for first-time new product importation, pack changes, discontinuation tec. Oversight Third Party Logistics Services Providers and performance management. Manage, develop and improve both strategic and operational relationships with external Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). Embed a culture of continuous improvement with LSPs to optimise spend and drive operational excellence related to compliance, quality, cost and service. Work alongside and liaise with Regional team for LSPs selection via bid process and contractual decisions (service agreement / rates) Risk management. Report, manage and escalate risks and Business Continuity Plans within CS&L. Management of safety, quality and compliance. Ensure product quality is maintained across the distribution network (PIRC, LIC, returns, missing, out-of-spec, or damaged inbound stock and support through investigations with LSP/LOC/SCP). Ensure quality, safety and compliance within all CS&L activities in line with GSK policies (QA, QMS and EHS standards, ABAC, SEC) regional legislation and industry best practice. Ensure GSK Ethical code is strictly applied across the organization. Develop, implement, and continuously improve relevant local SOPs, and ensure adherence to global supply chain SOPs Project Management. Support, manage, lead supply chain projects related to continuous improvement, simplification, digitalization, automation, cost reduction etc. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management & Logistics related, Business Administration related Minimum 10 years of diversified Supply Chain experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customs (Import / Export), Warehousing & Distribution, Customer Service operation). Strong financial capability and in-depth knowledge of cost drivers within the Customer Service & Logistics environment. Extensive experience of managing 3rd party logistics providers, contract negotiations and continuous improvement Extensive experience in managing relationships with external parties and key internal stakeholders Experience in project management Experience in operating within a GxP environment and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent leadership and influencing skills Strong SAP knowledge Why GSK?
