**Supply Chain Launch/Lifecycle Lead** About the Job As part of the team, we provide site-wide support to ensure the ongoing execution of operational activities onsite. We work closely with all functions and external stakeholders to manage site master data requirements. We also identify stakeholder business needs, provide solutions, and minimize risks. We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams. With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to bring hope to patients and their families. **Main responsibilities:** + Manage New Market Launches: Work closely with Global Supply Chain and markets to ensure on-time and in-full supply to markets. + Represent the Site from a Supply Chain Perspective: Manage both internal and external stakeholders and be an important part of the supply chain team. + End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the launch process from master data creation to operational readiness and shipping to market. + Liaise with External Stakeholders: Meet with external stakeholders as necessary to strengthen business relationships. + Coordinate with Site MSAT and External Customers: During product transfer/product introduction, ensure all requirements are captured in the project plan. + Ensure Compliance: All work must follow the required standards, including GMP, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements. About you **Qualifications:** + 3rd Level Qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications in Supply Chain. + Proven track record in a supply chain role. + Experience: + Supply Chain experience is essential, ideally with launch management experience. + Strong project management experience is preferable. **Skills and Knowledge:** + Excellent communication skills. + Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. + Proven ability to close out issues in a timely and effective manner. + Good understanding of site processes and systems. + Leadership and collaboration skills. + Strong project management skills. + Good knowledge of cGMP and cGDP **.** **Designation Duty:** May be required to deputize for their manager. **Personal Characteristics:** + Flexible approach, comfortable with ongoing change and improvement in the organization. + Ability to drive project deliverables/goals to closure. + Results-focused and proven leadership ability. + Ability to work autonomously while maintaining communication with key stakeholders. + Willingness to take ownership for resolution of departmental and/or cross-functional issues.
