Job DescriptionProcess Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak / FP)Process Replacement Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Pengganti / FPP)Handle Free of Charge (FOC) order processingMonitor and maintain proper filing of Delivery Notes, both in hard copy and digital formatsProcess Internal Consumption transactions for customersManage warranty claim processing for G1 Channel customersPrepare and provide sales transaction reports to designated customersPrint and deliver hard copy invoices to specific customers as requiredProvide information on free stock availability to Key Account Managers (KAM)Support mitigation control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance in processes

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independentlyBasic proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Additional InformationFull-time paid internship for 6 months (July-December). Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY and WILL NOT GRADUATE DURING THE INTERNSHIP PERIOD.Can join ASAP around W4 August – W1 September
