Job responsabilities

 

Support carrier management activities including scorecard, KPI analysis and performance follow up. Assist with supply chain optimization activities, including network design, cost calculation, and project implementation.  Support NA Transportation Management System implementation and ongoing management and optimization activities. Provide support with freight audit and payment management through scorecard/KPI monitoring and continuous improvement. Organize and maintain SCM documents, including contracts, MTA, NDA, contact list, etc. (storage, tracking, updates). Support cost savings activities/ continuous improvement projects regarding Supply Chain Management as assigned. Maintains confidentiality. Responds to internal and external customer inquiries. Comply with all company and company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Job requierments Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management or related field at an accredited technical college or university Posses a minimum GPA of 3.0 Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong analytical abilities and attention to detailSolid organization and time/project management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient with speaking/reading English
