We harness our deep expertise in surgery, orthopedics, cardiovascular and interventional solutions to design healthcare solutions that are smarter, less invasive and more personalized. **Job Overview** The MedTech Supply Chain EMEA team is setting the strategy and standards for critical Supply Chain and business processes, leading key strategic programs and operational services as we focus on our customers’ needs and bring the next generation of MedTech’s innovations to life. You will be responsible for leading Supply Chain Integration for MT EMEA. Responsible for leading complex integration/ interdependency topics, owning key financial business planning processes, leading a complex/ large project portfolio, being the E2E SC Chief of Staff and driving step change maturity improvements all the respective areas. The SC Integration Lead will be a core member of the EMEA Supply Chain Regional Leadership Team and SC Excellence team. **Key Responsibilities** **Integration and Key Interdependencies** + The MT SC Roadmap includes multiple large and complex programs that have many interdependencies and variables. This role will be responsible for understanding all these complex topics that remain aligned and coordinated to collectively meet our business and program goals. + E2E SC Chief of Staff, to ensure the functional pillars / geographies remain aligned and connected across all topics, plus supporting the EMEA SC VP as required. **Financial Business Process Ownership and Execution** + Partner with finance teams to co-own financial planning and reporting across SC SG&A, OCNIS and headcount. + Orchestrate and ensure Cost Improvement Plan (CIP) execution against financial targets, leading delivery of key CIP programs where agreed. + Lead in the execution of Service Revenue growth / fees (the Big 7 program) where agreed. **Project Portfolio Management** + Ownership of Project Portfolio Management for MT SC EMEA, and, where agreed, for the European Distribution Centre (EDC), Belgium and the Selzach Distribution Centre, Switzerland. + Transform and improve the Project Portfolio Management process through the development of effective systemized procedures. + Responsible for the NPI in-take procedure to ensure our supply chain has the appropriate framework to support all NPI’s, with focus on identification of key NPI’s through the categorization process. **Requirements:** + Validated Project Management experience and success within highly complex initiatives. + Cross-functional business experience partnering with business, data and IT. + Flexibility to work across various time zones to engage successfully with global stakeholders. + Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills. + Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguity. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Experienced in using project management tools and software - Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira. + Fluent in English. Additional languages are a benefit, but not essential. + Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies preferred. + FPX or other project methodology certification preferred. **Location, Pay Grade and Team** The individual can work from any J&J location. Pay Grade 31. Team size is 4 FTE’s including this role.
