Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting models.Manage month-end closing processes, including inventory valuation and cost reporting.Analyze manufacturing costs, including labour, materials, and overhead, to identify opportunities for cost savings.Prepare and deliver financial reports, such as monthly dashboards, cost variance reports, and ad-hoc analyses, to support informed decision-making.Act as a proactive Finance Business Partner within the factory, ensuring alignment between operational and financial goals.Monitor and update standard costs in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to track and optimize costs throughout the manufacturing process.Provide financial guidance for special projects by analyzing cost trends to develop strategies for profitability and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in cost accounting or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (experience with costing modules is an advantage).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Proficiency in English (preferred).
