Supply Chain Finance Manager

About the Job

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role of Supply Chain Finance Manager lies within the WEEM zone, for Türkiye BU. The role is reporting directly to country CFO. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for strategic and operational planning and KPIs and performance monitoring.

Main Responsibilities

Planning

Lead the Operational Budget process and timeline, and partner with all functions to build strong bottom-up plan, building blocks, growth drivers, cost structures, risk and ops, and financial statements. Populate the templates required and share it with the region

Review the monthly forecast (Q commitment, YEE closing), liaise with the FP&A team to ensure all Raw and Packaging materials, VE assumptions and MOH are properly captured, liaise with the packages’ owners on the YTD and YTG spend, and populate the Risk and Ops. Measures finance forecast accuracy and develop ways to enhance it

Champion the annual review of the Operational strategic plan, co-develop the strategies, the building blocks, and the growth drivers, and develop the P&L. Populate all the templates required and share it with the region

Ensure Plant and other Supply Chain departments total zero-based costs are bottom-up reviews with functions and agreed with expected company commitments

Establish yearly standard cost in the system together with Central team

Copilot the Operational Business team

Discuss the monthly financial review with the business team to get more visibility on the plant performance, identify inefficiencies and drive focus in specific areas to enhance performance.

Discuss KPIs’ reports with function heads, agree on action plan, and follow through the correction plan.

Review and discussion of cost reduction/ optimization scenarios (VE) with management team.

Governance and Controls

Quarter update of the internal control framework to the company management to ensure risk mitigation activities are in place

Review O2P (Order to produce) and D2D (Demand to Deliver) cycles with the concerned director and ensure policies and procedures are in place

CAPEX controls

Build and Sign-off Capex financial models for all projects to secure economic benefits (IRR and payback period) and bring feasibility to management regarding the business need and benefits

Show strong ownership of the results and clear understanding of the drivers and focus needed.

Team

Managing a controller group including manufacturing controller, procurement controller and logistics controller.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related measures

Work experience of minimum 7-8 years experience with 3 to 5 years in Operations Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis

Team management experience is required

Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is nice to have.

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to proactively challenge and advise

Experience of dealing with senior management

Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills

Experience of developing creative business solutions

A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
