Your role at Clorox:
A PS Finance Jr. Analyst at The Clorox Company in Mexico prepares monthly financial reports, manages budgets, and analyzes expenses. You will also coordinate deliveries and work with logistics stakeholders.In this role, you will:
Prepare monthly financial closing and reports, including expense reports and cost center analyses
Manage cost budgets for manufacturing and logistics and annual standard costing execution, budgeted manufacturing hours and production volume per production line
Reporting and analysis of expenses from Production centers, detailing the impact of fixed and variable expenses on unit costs per production line, and their performance compared to budgeted figures
Reconcile inventory monthly, monitoring production order variations
Reclassify cost accounts
Supervise fluctuations in product and raw material prices and production prices
Coordinate deliveries
Internal stakeholders,: Procurement, Logistics, Finance

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
1+ year of experience in financial planning, cost management, or financial analysis (preferably within a supply chain context)
Intermediate to advanced English skills (both written and spoken) – essential for communication
Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis tools
Experience with SAP
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies and solve problems efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Curiosity-driven mindset – always eager to learn and improve processes
Desirable
Experience with Anaplan or Essbase
