This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role As a Supply Chain Executive, you will support the execution of Kohl's logistics projects and supply chain scorecards to improve service, cost, quality and speed. What You’ll Do + Communicate supply chain issues and opportunities to business partners + Conduct project analysis and reporting + Support successful project and process execution + Resolve remittance and operational issues + Additional tasks may be assigned ADDENDUMS INBOUND TRANSPORTATION + Responsible for day-to-day communication and interactions concerning domestic inbound freight movement + Responsible for annual RFPs, reporting, scorecards and analytics + Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions to improve transit performance and overall carrier performances What Skills You Have Required + Bachelor's Degree + Demonstrated initiative and drive + Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with spreadsheets + Clear and professional communicator + Overnight travel + Flexible schedule to support peak business operations Preferred + Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering + Previous experience in supply chain management
