We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

Key skill expert who drives major value enhancement in supply chain management strategies. Leads supply chain process improvement and optimization initiatives. Maintains awareness of supply chain and industry innovations and best-practices. Develops new supply chain management strategies for emerging areas of procurement and materials management (Transformers). Acts as process redesign cross-functional team leader. Supports implementation and change management efforts associated with new or improved processes and technologies. Primary liaison for Supply Chain support with Power Delivery (Distribution) business units, compliance, finance, project controls, audit, third-party risk, supplier diversity.  Develops analytics, dashboards, and reporting on category to include but not limited to governance process, forecasting, inventory, and contracting processes to business units and leadership teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

7-8+ years of experience in Project Management with a good understanding and expertise in Supply Chain functions and activities. (to include creation of complex RFP, bidding processes, evaluation, negotiation, and Contract creation).   

In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and methodologies. Strong skill sets in managing all facets of the contract including vendor and performance management.    Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong project management skills, including contract, scoping, and development. Risk management expertise. Strong teambuilding skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.  Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor
