As the Director, Supply Chain SEA, reporting to the AP Supply Chain Director, you will lead and provide strategic direction in end-to-end supply chain and operational excellence. Your focus will be on enhancing business efficiencies and service delivery to SEA SBU customers receiving products sourced from manufacturing plants, suppliers, and distribution outlets. You will need to work through the matrix organization of each SBUs, functions and all entities in SEA.

Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement SEA supply chain strategies that align with the overall SEA business goals and objectives and regional supply chain strategiesLead the supply chain team in achieving operational targets and performance metrics.Supply Chain Management:Manages end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, customer services, logistics and warehouses.Drive inventory reductions and cost savings through productivity initiatives.Establish KPIs to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.Operational Excellence:Streamline and strengthen key SC processes across the country – Benchmark and adopt best practices.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the supply chain.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including all SBU and function leaders to ensure goal alignment and the supply chain initiatives align with Growth, Productivity and Focus strategies.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, providers, and other external partners.Team Development:Lead SEA One PPG supply chain functions, strengthen the SC organization by identifying and initiating actions in closing key gaps in both resources and capabilities.Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to build a high-performing organization.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Qualifications
Bachelor or above degree holderMinimum 10 years supply chain management experience.Qualification or experience of logistics, supply chain, purchasing, and demand management.Understand, and experience, of using Lean Enterprise.Capable to work with all levels in the organization with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing. Team leadership and experience working in a matrixed environment.Understanding of ERP systems.Understanding of S&OP processes.Customer Focus, Collaborates, Drives changes for better results, Agility (act quickly and delivers results in changing business environments and market dynamics); Sets Direction, Develops Diverse Talent and Build Effective Team.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
