Location:
The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead is a remote position and will require approximately 10% domestic and international travel to support business needs.

 

Your Role:
We are seeking a senior technical professional to lead the delivery of digital solutions that enable smarter, faster, and more automated decision-making across our global supply chain network. As the technical point of contact for the Supply Chain Planning team, you will work in close partnership with a function lead and collaborate with the centralized data organization. You’ll be responsible for shaping and building the data logic layer that powers dashboards, simulations, and automation — leveraging enterprise data platforms and contributing to the evolution of our planning tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business logic and technical delivery, with a passion for solving real-world supply chain problems using digital tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, automation scripts, and decision support tools to support global supply chain processes.Create and extend data logic layers using SQL, Python, and platforms like Palantir Foundry, transforming curated datasets into insights for global stakeholders.Collaborate with regional and global business teams to gather requirements and ensure delivered solutions are scalable, standardized, and adopted across markets.Act as a hands-on technical expert, working alongside a function lead to translate digital use cases into implemented tools.Partner with centralized digital and data teams to align on architecture and leverage enterprise data pipelines and modeling capabilities.Incorporate outputs from forecasting or optimization models into dashboards and planning workflows.Support training, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of global digital solutions.

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital supply chain, data analytics, or technical solution development roles.Proven ability to build dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Contour, Power BI) and automate logic-based reporting tools.Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, process automation, and business logic implementation.Experience working with data transformation platforms (Palantir Foundry preferred, etc.).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (e.g., demand planning, inventory, logistics, S&OP).Ability to independently deliver technical solutions in collaboration with both business stakeholders and central data teams.Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to translate between technical and business contexts.Experience working in global or matrixed organizations, with stakeholders across regions and time zones.Experience integrating or applying data science model outputs.Knowledge of cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or version control (Git).Prior experience in building decision support tools, calculators, or simulations.Exposure to Agile working methods or cross-functional squads.

 

Pay Range for this position: $107,100 - $160,700

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
