As a Supply Chain/Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal and strategical role in overseeing the procurement and planning of materials and managing inventory levels to support our operations efficiently. Improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection, analysis and process optimization. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the supply chain process and exceptional analytics skills. Use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain. Candidate must be knowledgeable with SAP and proficient in the following tasks:

Supply Chain:
Collect data on supply chain operations Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations Measure supply chain performance and report to management Work with the procurement, logistics, planning and IT departments to enhance service delivery Develop Key Performance Metrics Collaborate with Project Management and Production to ensure right processes are set in place that allow a smooth flow of the informationData Automation:
Data Collection and Integration: Gather and integrate data from various sources such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems. Dashboard Design: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to visualize supply chain KPIs. KPI Monitoring: Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover, and Forecast Accuracy. Reporting: Generate regular reports to communicate supply chain performance to stakeholders. Process Optimization: Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and IT to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Training: Provide training to staff on the use of dashboards and reporting tools. Compliance: Ensure all reporting activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. We will also consider someone with experience in lieu of a degree as long as that person has a high school diploma. 4 plus years expereinec in supply chain management and 1 year with dashboard creation. Proficiency in data visualization tools and an ERP (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Excel, and programming languages like Python or R. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and the bbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Legally authorized to work in the United States on a Continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:
APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certifications. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software solutions.You’ll benefit from:
