Responsibilities The Opportunity The Data Analyst will operate within a team of database developers, data analysts, data engineers, and software engineers to produce simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for supply chain performance managers, decision makers, specialists and frontline personnel. Support Analyst’s primary responsibilities include: 1) Become familiar with the business use cases, technologies, and solution best practices of key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports. 2) Serve as the technical support and enhancement request primary point of contact for our team. 3) Help improve the reliability of the key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports. 4) Monitor, complete, and quality control scheduled weekly technical tasks. Your Impact As SC Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of Help improve the reliability of the key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports. • Through Agile Methodology (Email and Azure DevOps) receive technical support and enhancement requests from Business Teams/Users. • Apply proper prioritization and leverage available support options (your expertise, experts, diagnostic tools, documentation, how-to videos, etc.) as necessary to ensure issue and enhancement requests are satisfactorily addressed. • Receive technical support and enhancement requests from internal Business teams or Users, seek clarification as necessary, research root cause/create a plan, complete request, and communicate status back to requestors. • Monitor successful data updates and availability (e.g., user permissions) of the published Tableau and PowerBI dashboards our team supports. • Complete weekly scheduled technical tasks on time, resolve any discrepancies, escalate to other team members and/or communicate with business teams as necessary. • Keep solution documentation up to date (common issues, how-to instructions, and enhancement detail) • Inform team members when specific reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, or apps are becoming less stable, and when possible, identify the source of the instability, help brainstorm improvements, and track progress of action plans targeted to improve their performance. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? • Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business systems or information technology • 1+ years of programming experience (Python, VBA, JavaScript, etc.) • Basic SQL skills (e.g., Joins, Group By, Select, Update, Delete) • Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., Pivot tables, Vlookups, Conditional formatting) • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Presto, Databricks SQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL) is a plus • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies like Databricks, Delta Lake or Pyspark is a plus • Experience using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) inside of MS Excel and/or MS Access is a plus • Experience creating or executing ETL processes is a plus • Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
