Overview This role is responsible for order management operations. The scope includes customer service activities and coordination with 3rd Party Logistics operations within the French Business Unit. It plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time. The role holder will collaborate closely with warehouse teams, cost accounting, 3PL partners, and customer service/collaboration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfillment and resolve any order-related issues promptly Responsibilities Act as the primary link between Sales and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order management, fulfillment, and dispatch execution. Oversee order accuracy, approvals, and fulfillment rates, ensuring compliance with cut-off timelines and minimizing delays. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track order flow, stock availability, and shipment performance. Analyze order discrepancies, sales trends, and distributor replenishment cycles, providing recommendations to improve service levels. Monitor and report on key Supply Chain KPIs, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Fill Rates, and Order Accuracy. Support inventory planning and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking across key markets. Ensure proper coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to optimize dispatch schedules. Provide support for promotions, new product launches (NPDs), and order adjustments, ensuring smooth execution within the supply chain framework. Assist in the preparation of customer and distributor business reviews, collaborating cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights. Contribute to process optimization projects, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements in order management workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken C1) Degree in Business / Supply Chain 0 -1 year of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate between Supply Chain and Sales teams, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and identify process gaps or improvement areas. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and functions. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, DMS, etc.). Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
