- The Customer Service Intern supports the Customer service team in various day-to-day activities related to reporting, order and customer management, supply chain management.
Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:
•Preparing operational reports in excel; Consolidation and reporting of data;
•Updating the ERP system and provide information to the internal organization over e-mail;
•Update of customer Purchase Orders in our ERP system;
•Internal sales order management;
•Customer communication regarding delivery status.
Job Description
Requirements:
•3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or similar specialty;
•Good knowledge in MS Office Products;
•Excellent command of English language;
•Interested in client service and customer interfacing;
•Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
