Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive and manage the financial process for SSC costs across ROW, including annual budgeting of parts, logistics, E&O etc..
2. Support monthly SSC cost forecasting by geo and by tower.
3. Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze root causes of variances versus forecast or budget.
4. Provide clear, concise explanations of key business drivers behind financial results.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance and Geo Operations) to improve process efficiency and strengthen internal controls
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree required; background in finance, accounting, or data analytics is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in cost management or financial analysis, preferably in a supply chain.
3. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and PowerPoint is strongly preferred.
4. Strong written English required, spoken English is a plus
5. Desired attributes include strong communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, high sense of ownership, and ability to work independently.
