Supply Chain Coordinator I

GENERAL DESCRIPTION\n\nAssist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating supply chain operations, including procurement, shipping, receiving, and inventory management\n\n

DUTIES\n\nInvolved in the day-to-day management of the logistics process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating the movement of goods\nAssist with compliance and troubleshooting of inventory management\nProvide administrative support for the development, organization, and upkeep of inventory system\nSupport off-site warehouses with onboarding and logistic activities (receiving, inventory management, and shipping)\nGenerate metrics and perform analysis for off-site locations\nManage production control activities by creating manufacturing orders and routers\nOversee production control processes by monitoring kitting status, resolving MO-related issues, and maintaining performance metrics\nPrepare and review documents (SOPs, PIs, Desktop Instructions, Memos, etc.), \nOversee and maintain accuracy in inventory\nSubmit Purchase Requests (PR) to procure parts and\/or raw materials for assemblies, kits, and fabricated parts\nWork directly with buyers, inventory clerks, management, program managers, finance staff, as well as outside suppliers\nComplete tasks IAW all QMS and company policies and procedures\nOther duties as required\n\n

EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n\nMinimum of a High School Diploma or GED\nAt least 2 year of experience in administrative support, supply chain operations, or related area\nMust possess organizational and multitasking skills\nHands-on experience using Deltek Costpoint preferred\nExperience using Microsoft Applications (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft SharePoint\nEffective written and oral communication skills with clients, technical staff, management, customers, vendors, and shipping companies\nWe maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing\n\n
