Supply Chain Coordinator

The Role:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the EU Logistics Team in their responsibility for operational, financial, and continuous improvement. You will interact with all levels of the business, including 3PLs, customers, and vendors, and cooperate with the EU Supply Chain Manager, providing cover when necessary. Your ability to influence, communicate, and manage at all levels internally and with our third-party suppliers will be crucial. You will ensure reliable and consistent management information for the business, including reporting (e.g., Ecom, Wholesale, Samples), KPI information, and management packs. Additionally, you will participate in projects by coordinating through the teams and working parties, or carrying out any other duties that may benefit the individual, the team, the Division, or the Company as a whole.

Your Impact:

Support all internal (Customer Services, Ecommerce, Retail) and external stakeholders to ensure that inbound and outbound are controlled and managed to KPIsActively develop good working relationships with Customer Service teams for the territories to ensure positive ongoing partnershipsSupport control of invoicing and supervise the accuracy of billing and timeliness of payment authorizationCompile, collate, and review a wide range of reports and feedback on a regular basis to support strategic review of both current statuses and long-term improvementWork cross-functionally, both internally and externally, to identify opportunities that will improve the Distribution and Transport function and lead to gains in efficiency and effectivenessSupport implementations involving warehousing and logistics

Knowledge of freight forwarding and the supply chain processExperience in a forwarding, logistics, or supply chain organizationExperience in using Oracle software systems or similar software packagesKnowledge and understanding of SLA and KPI structuresCompetent with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
