Supply Chain Coordinator
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator with experience in manufacturing environments and hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support production schedules. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. + Generate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services. + Monitor material availability and adjust plans to minimize delays and disruptions. + Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain issues. + Analyze ERP/MRP data to drive planning and purchasing decisions. + Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier performance. + Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to align supply with production needs. + Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. + Qualifications: + 2+ years of Supply Chain Experience + Proficiency with ERP systems(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). + Strong analytical and negotiation skills. + Excellent communication and organizational abilities. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
