Responsibilities Primarily working 12 - 8pm shift but willingness to flex due to coverage needs will be needed Certify pallet inventory Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery Provide coaching/counseling to Builders on Pallet building practices Provide feedback to PAS on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities Perform Daily cycle counts and reconciliations, researching all variances Assist Inventory Coordinator with overseeing all inventory accounts and records. Ensure that all stock complies with the quality standards of the organization Perform and supervise timely inventory audits. Record all breakage, rework, OOD and Donations Ensure proper rotation of product using FIFO accounting method Assist with Gate, Transport, and/or bulk & route coverage when needed Key Accountabilities: Track each load accurately ILA HHC used on all pallets Identify priorities and coordinate resources Coach “Loaders” on proper product rotation Recommend process improvements Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
