Supply Chain Coordinator
As Supply Chain Coordinator at our Eisfeld plant, you will be the key link between production, suppliers, and internal customers. You will manage material flow, optimize inventory levels, and ensure on-time delivery to support seamless operations. This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills and proactive mindset will directly impact the plant’s efficiency and success.
Key responsibilities Standardize and optimize processes in the end-to-end Supply Chain, in particular regarding material flows (raw material and finished goods), artwork management and production planning, delivering optimum customer service level, working capital performance and costs as defined by the organization's business operation plans and strategic objectives. Providing and analyzing supply chain KPIs and metrics to measure and evaluate supply planning and process excellence (on-time delivery performance, inventory etc.) Strong collaboration with different stakeholders (Plant Managers, Production Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales Managers) creating balance between customer demands and supply chain targets.
You bring these skills, experience & education University degree or equivalent 3 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain High IT affinity and strong analytical and conceptual skills Experience in project management Strong communication and organizational skills working with cross-functional teams Travel readiness within Europe Excellent German and English skills SIG competencies
