Inviting applications for the role of Supply Chain Consulting, Sr. Solution Consultant -Manager-English

In this role, the Sr Solution Consultant as a trusted advisor and technical expert, you’ll lead the design and delivery of Kinaxis-based solutions, collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.

· Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.

· Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.

· Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.

· Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.

· Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.

· Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.

· Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills

· Experience in supply chain consulting, with at least focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations.

· Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms.

· Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration, integration, and data layers.

· Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.

· Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3

· Deep understanding of multiple Kinaxis Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management.

· Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries.

· Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a client’s digital transformation strategy.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery.

· Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives.
