Job Summary:

Vicarious Surgical is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-op to support our medical device manufacturing operations within a controlled clean room environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and adhering to strict clean room protocols.

Responsibilities:

Material Handling and Management: Receive and accurately log incoming materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Store materials in designated locations within the clean room, adhering to strict clean room protocols and material handling procedures. Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production, ensuring timely delivery to manufacturing workstations. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and manual tracking methods. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Manage and dispose of materials in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Clean Room Operations: Adhere to all clean room protocols, including gowning procedures, material transfer procedures, and contamination control measures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the clean room. Production Support: Provide timely and accurate material support to production teams, ensuring minimal downtime. Communicate effectively with production, quality, and other departments to resolve material-related issues. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all material transactions within the ERP. Adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations and ISO standards. Participate in audits and inspections as required. Follow all SOPs and GMP.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a clean room environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of  ERP systems (Netsuite) and inventory management software is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow strict procedures and protocols. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Ability to work in a clean room environment, including wearing appropriate gowning.
