Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees + Interface with various business functions such as Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance and HR to achieve operational goals and company’s objectives + Developperformance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance + Manage team to ensure material flows across entire supply chain process value stream + Ensure accuracy and fulfilment for Module and Engine Assembly + Support and implement supply chain transformation in alignment to organizational goals + Maintain safety standards. + CORE involvements to improve efficiency of the process. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. + Carry out any other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **You Must Have** + Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience. + Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. + Good team player and interpersonal skills. + Highly motivated and self-directed.
