Supply Chain Capability Sr Associate
Overview This role is responsible for providing governance and capability for policies and processes. Inclusive of development, tailoring to local requirements, deployment and change/comms for 3PM, MOS and QFS. This role will also own the knowledge management / document control and creation for the technical community librarys Responsibilities Support 3PM sector lead to (75%) Develop policies and enhance processes – supporting core functional leads Content updates on global brain to reflect changes (existing doc control system – subject to potential adoption to doc control system e.g. Service Now) Key document control and administation Process enhancements, design and deploy Content maintenance governance and associated change and comms of updates to field Capability Development – maintain develop playbooks with support of core teams, govern the onboarding programme. QFS (20%) Interact with QFS knowledge management systems and Communicate quality standards and procedures (updates / changes / global cascage change and comms) as required Partner with Core SS QFS lead to Tailor QCFS standards to local conditions as required (i.e. specific to BU/Site/Recipient group) ensuring robust document control Own and maintain roll up of non conformities database (KM) – review opportunities for KM and best practice transfer, simplification and standardisation on materials. Establish Document control governance (library, system, database, maintain). MOS (5%) Maintain the the technical community library – partner with capability / system and core team Peers to facilitate sector ownership of technical community KM and governance for document control. Co ordinate with teams on doc control, change comms and best practice sharing / replication (capability build programs to field teams) Qualifications Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Science / management Degree (Bachelors) Demonstrated experience in document control within an FMCG environment focusing on Regulatory (QFS/EHS/ Operational) arena. (1yr plus) Experience user of e.g. web/video/training packages materials editing Demonstrated ability to interact with business management systems. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Similar editing software tools Role engages across functions and often at a more senior level for materials preparation / requests hence Good communication and interpersonal skills; Business Savvy and professional approach Strong system and process orientated mind. Contientious focus on presentation and quality of service; Results oriented;
