Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions. Overview: This role will be supporting the RMA Services Supply Chain Team. The responsibilities required will support various tasks across the RMA supply chain including monitoring global active maintenance contracts, ensuring enough replacement supply is stocked globally to provide a seamless customer replacement experience, and assisting the customer in returning material. This role will also assist in various customer experience improvement initiatives driven by data monitoring and analysis.
