Develop and maintain budget analysis and reporting tools to be utilized by department heads and budget administrators when analyzing monthly results. Perform financial analysis of internal financial statements and investigate significant budget variances. Train and assist department heads and budget administrators in use of budget reporting tools and work with them to establish consistent monthly reporting protocols. Document all procedures and processes in a desk manual and perform process improvement initiatives to streamline the reporting process improve quality and usefulness of data and improve customer satisfaction and add value to the budget reporting function.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain budget analysis and reporting tools for department heads and budget administrators.
+ Perform financial analysis of internal financial statements and investigate significant budget variances.
+ Train and support department heads in using budget tools and establish consistent monthly reporting protocols.
+ Document procedures and processes in a desk manual; lead process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
+ Support the Central GT Customs Team with customs reporting and metrics preparation.
+ Generate regular reports on import/export activity, compliance status, and identified issues.
+ Analyze customs data and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate records and resolve compliance issues.
+ Provide flexibility in supporting other Global Trade-related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and handle challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in import/export, logistics, shipping, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding.
+ Familiarity with customs compliance and reporting standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.50 - $47.64/hr.
