Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Supply Chain team. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical industry. The trainee will be rotated across key SCM functions such as planning, procurement, project management, warehousing, customer service and sales to develop a strong foundation in end-to-end supply chain processes. Responsibilities Demand Planning- Support demand planning and supply planning processes; Coordinate with sales teams for timely forecast availability and further coordinating with CFT on product availability Inventory & Warehouse Management + Distribution- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle count activities; Assist in implementing FIFO/FEFO and ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards; Track inbound and outbound shipments; Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of FG. Support warehouse layout optimization, stock accuracy, and space utilization strategies; Coordinate with 3PL partners for efficient logistics and timely distribution to customers or depots Project Management- Assist in planning and executing supply chain improvement projects (e.g., reducing lead times, optimizing inventory, vendor rationalization); Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Procurement, IT) to ensure timely project delivery; Support implementation of new systems or tools (e.g., Agile, ERP upgrades, digital dashboards) Assist in Procurement & Vendor Management- Assist in supplier selection, negotiations, and purchase order management; Analyze vendor performance metrics (quality, delivery, cost) Customer Service- Support order processing activities to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate documentation; Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet customer delivery requirements (OTIF – On Time In Full); Track and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues in collaboration with the customer service team; Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to service level improvement initiatives. Sales Presentation- Assist in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations to customers. Prepare reports on market trends, customer queries, and sales data to support strategic decision-making. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical sales regulations and ethical guidelines. Analyze customer feedback and presentation effectiveness to recommend improvements in communication strategy. Data Analysis & Reporting- Generate supply chain performance reports (OTIF, lead time, cost efficiency); Recommend process improvements based on data insights. Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal, listening & communication skills (Written & Oral) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with attention to detail and accuracy in work. High learning agility and adaptability Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills Willingness to work in a dynamic and regulated environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Pharmaceutical Management, or a related field Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant internship/experience Knowledge of pharma industry standards (GMP, GDP) is a plus Compensation Min USD $62,000.00/Yr.
