The Supply Chain Associate is a newly established performer that supports various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Support logistics coordination, including tracking shipments, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock. Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team. Enter and maintain accurate data in supply chain management systems. Contribute basic data analysis to support decision-making processes. Under the direction of experienced team members: perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to support overall supply chain objectives. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Using knowledge gained through resources, develop fundamental knowledge of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements. Use solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team. With oversight, begin to apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges. Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Competencies:
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
