Conduct Make-or-Buy analyses and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and execute Lean Management projects to improve efficiency.
Support Value Chain Planning initiatives across multiple focus areas.
Perform in-depth analyses and develop measures to optimize inventory management.
Prepare structured insights on complex topics from production, logistics, procurement, and planning.
Create and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Your experiences and skills
Bachelor and Master Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in supply chain.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct profitability and business case analyses.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments and management levels.Fluency in German and in EnglishWe offer
