About the role: 

Applicant responsibilities will include supporting the conversion team by downloading devices, device testing, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with customers and vendors, basic troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, asset management and updating documents. 

Responsibilities:

Assist with Point-of-Sale conversion projects, including coordination with customers, customer training and downloading of Point-of-Sale equipmentAssist with the point-of-sale testing of new applications and application updatesAssist with inventory and asset managementAbility to navigate multiple web-based platforms and update spreadsheetsAssist with level 2 support and customer troubleshootingAbility to work with internal departmentsAbility to work a hybrid schedule and be flexible with that scheduleAbility to embrace new challenges, pivot when necessary, and prioritize tasksEffectively sets priorities to meet workload deadlines, commitments, and all applicable established departmental goalsPossess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
