Job PurposeManage all aspects of the facilities storeroom to support the Lancaster site's maintenance, engineering, and production teams. Ensure efficient flow of parts, supplies, and services, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate purchase orders. Support production and maintenance efficiency by stocking appropriate materials while upholding cost control and compliance with company purchasing policies
Job ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Support: Process CMMS work orders for off-site calibrations and vendor onsite services and maintain documentation for auditable assets, maintain maintenance spart parts inventor and provide support in sourcing parts and services where appropriate.
Inventory & Procurement Management: Maintain facility storeroom inventory, ensure proper levels of consumables and spare parts, and manage purchase orders (POs), approvals, and invoice processing through Syteline.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Source parts and services, managing service contractors (canteen equipment, vending machines, etc.), and collaborating with GBS on overdue payments.
Administrative & Mail Processing: Receive and process mail, scan invoices/statements to GBS, and manage NPR goods receipts in the accounting system.
Collaboration & Professionalism: Work effectively across departments, leadership levels, and external vendors while demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and respect.
Independence & Task Management: Work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks efficiently, and ensure the timely completion of responsibilities.
This role operates with a moderate to high level of autonomy, requiring independent decision-making, problem-solving, and task prioritization while aligning with company policies and procedures.
Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a purchasing agent or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
• Experience with ERP systems
• CMMS experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting terminology and practices
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and parts
• Experience in:
Inventory management and scheduling
Supply chain management
Contractor management

Compensation/Rewards/Benefits
The salary range for these skills is: $77,000.00 - $82,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future. The compensation package for this position will include a base salary, annual bonus, and employee benefits that are effective the first day of employment.
