How You’ll Contribute: You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials. Initially you will be placed in a 2-year rotation across key Diversified Supply Chain and Procurement functions including Warehouse, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Procurement. At the end of the rotation, you will be placed in a final role that is a best fit for your skills and company need. In this rotation you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands, reduce costs, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
