Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Analyst III is responsible for advanced materials planning, inventory control, and supply chain analytics to ensure optimal material availability and cost efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
Establish the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process for the GGR Material Flow System. Develop, maintain, and review inventory levels based on PFEP calculations and changes in demand. Plan layout of Stores, considering usage, turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. Continuously monitor inventory dollars and turns, parts deliveries and parts shortages in relation to all planned orders for constant improvement. Collaborate closely with production and shipping teams to meet OTD and inventory goals. Capture root causes and apply problem solving with appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate Oracle & Ultriva parameters in the system Item Master file Understand and apply company SIOP processes and inventory levels for respective product lines. Apply root cause analysis to find solutions on stock out parts. Perform other duties as required.Minimum Requirements
Have earned a bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) but will consider experience. Understand Kanban replenishment systems and has demonstrated problem-solving experience. Knowledge and tactical experience with Lean Principles – Material flow, PFEP, delivery applications. Have complex problem solving & Critical thinking skills.
