PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to play a critical role in transforming our manufacturing supply strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead key sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and support high-value procurement across global operations. What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be the strategic force behind efficient sourcing and supplier performance, directly contributing to business growth and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met across our supply base.
 
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Lead sourcing initiatives and manage commodity strategies to drive business value

Conduct spend analysis, develop annual sourcing strategies, and negotiate contracts

Manage supplier performance to ensure alignment with cost, quality, and delivery standards

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify needs, conduct RFQs, and finalize sourcing decisions

Analyze supplier operations to assess cost drivers and overall value

Lead strategic projects and meetings with both internal teams and suppliers

Ensure sourcing compliance and process optimization for long-term efficiency

Support supplier accounts, administration with suppliers and supplier negotiations

 
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree with 5+ years of global supply chain or business experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of global supply chain or business experience

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree

5+ years in global supply chain or procurement leadership

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and global teams

Strong business judgment and strategic thinking

Experience solving complex supply chain issues

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Pay Details: $42.22 per hour
