Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing supply chain operations. As part of a long-term contract opportunity, you’ll play a key role in coordinating with vendors, managing costs, and supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with suppliers to verify costs and ensure accurate pricing. • Analyze expenditure data and suggest cost-reduction strategies to management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations. • Work closely with Supply Chain Category Leads, Operations Managers, and the Accounting team. • Support special cost control projects and other initiatives as needed. • Prepare detailed reports on supply chain activities using Microsoft Excel and other tools. • Monitor and validate procurement plans to align with organizational goals. • Assist in managing quality assurance processes within the supply chain. • Coordinate hybrid work schedules effectively between remote and in-office tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel. • Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred. • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. • Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations. • Familiarity with cost control and supply chain logistics. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Experience in coordinating special projects is a plus.
