Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst specialized in Air Cargo Operations to join our team. This role is crucial in monitoring and optimizing our AIR network operations. The position requires working from Friday to Monday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor flights within the AIR network to ensure smooth operations.Track daily cargo shipments, identify errors at sites, and develop corrective solutions.Confirm shipment bookings for customers and audit reservations against internal systems.Communicate effectively with sites on upcoming shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.Identify shipping trends to streamline capacity adjustments and maximize package attainment.Develop and recommend contingency plans for disrupted shipments to enhance customer service and experience.Create shipment orders for invoicing and Finance departments.Essential SkillsAssociate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline.Basic logical and problem-solving skills.Basic analytical abilities.Conceptual understanding of systems and processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, or Supply Chain/Operations discipline.Strong logical and problem-solving skills with a proven record of success.Strong analytical abilities.Previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills.Experience with logistics, SAP, and procurement.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Erlanger, Kentucky. You will be part of a growing team that supports ACAR customers needing booking support and capacity management. The role involves diving deep into operational irregularities to drive process improvement internally and externally. The team is committed to customer obsession, earning trust, delivering results, and maintaining a bias for action.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
