Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Analyst plays a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. This role supports critical initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with customers, and team members. The analyst partners closely with functional collaborators and the broader analytics community to support and improve supply chain performance at both the site and network level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
Analyze and communicate the impact of customer (internal/external) blocking issues to leadership.
Collaborate with the global organization to integrate site-level solutions into centralized processes for broader organizational benefit.
Provide analytical support across key supply chain domains including SIOP, demand planning, supply management, materials, and distribution.
Gather, validate, and consolidate data from different sources (e.g., Infor, SAP, Macola, Excel reports, PowerBI databases, Kinaxis).
Build and maintain reports and presentations using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, Including dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for ongoing business performance tracking.
Apply root cause analysis and PPI (Practical Process Improvement) methodologies to drive balanced corrective actions and maintain service levels.
Generate and distribute regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Ensure reporting consistency and alignment with the enterprise analytics team.
Collaborate across functions to promote standard methodologies and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in an analyst or data-driven role.
Proficient in Excel, including advanced pivot tables, Power Query, charting and formulas (e.g., INDEX-MATCH).
Hands-on experience with analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of supply chain concepts, manufacturing processes, and planning principles.
Familiar with MRP systems and ERP dynamics.
Strong competence in data analysis and ability to interpret large, sophisticated data sets to uncover insights and inefficiencies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or ISM CPSM.
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Experience with planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment using ERP/MRP tools.
