Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Analyst will support the in-region consultants with supplier management, data analysis, and reporting initiatives across multiple programs. They will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting strategic sourcing efforts, and driving supplier engagement through scorecards, surveys, and performance analysis. This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
Data Management & Validation
Resolve unmapped supplier tickets by mapping new suppliers from VMS to AcumenValidate data between VMS and Acumen/HICXMap Suppliers & Job Titles to distribution lists from capability surveysCollaborate with the BI team to map job titles in AcumenReporting & Analysis
Generate market and industry-level reports through partnership with the analytics team to inform program strategiesPerform cross-program category analysis of supplier performance and provide category management recommendationsConduct standardized side-by-side supplier performance analysesCompile strategic supplier data and develop presentation materials from survey resultsAggregate and maintain partnership score metricsCreate Voice of Supplier decks for individual programsPopulate optimization templates for regional reviewManage supplier survey processes and perform initial data analysisProgram & Supplier Support
Support Business Development and Program Office with supplier inquiries and performance assessmentsConduct follow-up on HUB Spot solicitations to ensure supplier engagementSupport DEI scorecard process for EMEA, including follow-up, distribution, and data analysisSet goals, weights, and thresholds for scorecards and validate quarterly scorecard dataQualificationsQualifications, Education, Knowledge, Experience
University degree/ Post-secondary Education requiredPrevious staffing experience or MSP experience required 1-3 years business experienceExperience and strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDFKnowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting) is preferred.
