Job Description The Supply Chain Analyst will support the in-region consultants with supplier management, data analysis, and reporting initiatives across multiple programs. They will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting strategic sourcing efforts, and driving supplier engagement through scorecards, surveys, and performance analysis. This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing supplier relationships. Responsibilities: Data Management & Validation + Resolve unmapped supplier tickets by mapping new suppliers from VMS to Acumen + Validate data between VMS and Acumen/HICX + Map Suppliers & Job Titles to distribution lists from capability surveys + Collaborate with the BI team to map job titles in Acumen Reporting & Analysis + Generate market and industry-level reports through partnership with the analytics team to inform program strategies + Perform cross-program category analysis of supplier performance and provide category management recommendations + Conduct standardized side-by-side supplier performance analyses + Compile strategic supplier data and develop presentation materials from survey results + Aggregate and maintain partnership score metrics + Create Voice of Supplier decks for individual programs + Populate optimization templates for regional review + Manage supplier survey processes and perform initial data analysis Program & Supplier Support + Support Business Development and Program Office with supplier inquiries and performance assessments + Conduct follow-up on HUB Spot solicitations to ensure supplier engagement + Support DEI scorecard process for EMEA, including follow-up, distribution, and data analysis + Set goals, weights, and thresholds for scorecards and validate quarterly scorecard data Qualifications Qualifications, Education, Knowledge, Experience + University degree/ Post-secondary Education required + Previous staffing experience or MSP experience required  +  1-3 years business experience + Experience and strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF + Knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting) is preferred.  + Experience with Outlook + Detail oriented + Strong oral and written communication skills + Strong organizational and documentation skills + Ability to work independently with some direction + Ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks Additional Information As a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
