Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Park Ridge, Illinois. In this position, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Analyze and improve supply chain workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. • Utilize ERP systems, including IBM AS/400, to manage and track inventory, orders, and shipments. • Develop accurate forecasts and demand planning strategies to meet customer and business needs. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain challenges. • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on inventory and delivery schedules. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Utilize tools such as 3M and DCS to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy. • Support the implementation and integration of ERP solutions within the supply chain. • Conduct regular reviews of supply chain processes and recommend improvements. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field. • Proficiency in ERP systems. • Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and demand planning. • Familiarity with tools such Power BI, Excel. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. • Proven ability to monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights. • Customer service experience with a focus on problem resolution. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
